Zivame bluedart - Double payment

I had ordered from zivame worth rs. *** which was a prepaid order but when the delivery was done the delivery person asked for *** rs and i was not at home n not available over phone so my sister paid the cash of ***. Being prepaid how can blue dart delivery person ask for cash. This has happened today, * sep . Now the number of delivery person is also switched off.
