Myself, sahil kumar Raman having mobile number as ********** and email id as sahilraman***@gmail.com. i had made once booking on ** sep **** but money got deducted twice. Also two order ids are generated for the same which are reflecting in my account. The two order ids are as follows: *. ****************** *. ****************** I check in at hotel with one of these order IDs i dont know which one. The booking ids are generated at same time and same date. I raised this issue about ** days back and happyEasyGo is telling me that they are in touch with hotel and hotel is saying that HappyEasyGo is not contacting us and even not released payment to hotel against any of the booking id. Hence the money should be with HappyEasyGo. It occurred on: */**/**** Just refund my amount against one of the booking id which is generated by system error of HappyEasyGo and which leads to deduct my money twice
