Hi, i was a guest at Radisson Dharamshala on the evening of **/*/****.
Due to connectivity issues we had to try multiple times for the charge to get through and in that process my card was charged twice inadvertently by the staff.
On call i was given assurance that the same would be resolved the next day, however i havent gotten any callback or any refund for the same.
