Dot key - Dot and key Products stolen by courier service agent and Dot and Key is not doing anything on their

I ordered * products from dot and key on march ** ****. And it was promised to reach me latest by ** March through SHADOWFAX courier service. And they would call me and hang up before I can even pick up the call and kept altering the shipping status saying that I didn’t receive the calls. For so long it went on and finally they delivered on *rd April but the package was tempered with. The box had been opened and sealed off with a clear tape Without dot&key watermark. When I complained, neither parties are willing to doing their job and closed the case without my consent. All I’m asking is, either send me the other two products or I’ll send back the products I recieved and initiate a refund. Pathetic customer service and even more pathetic courier service SHADOWFAX CHOR!
