Bluedart Express courier - Doorstep pickup refused by delivery executive

I hereby lodge a formal consumer complaint against Blue Dart Express for repeated deficiency in service and unfair trade practice.

Despite multiple confirmed pickup requests, the assigned delivery executive has consistently refused to perform doorstep pickup and has instead insisted that I travel to an alternate location to hand over the parcel. Upon my refusal, the executive has deliberately cancelled the pickup without making any genuine attempt to visit my address. This conduct has been repeated multiple times, causing unnecessary harassment, operational delay, and financial loss.

Such actions amount to clear negligence, breach of service obligations, and harassment of a consumer, violating basic service standards and consumer protection principles.

I hereby demand immediate resolution of the issue, strict action against the concerned executive, and assurance that future pickups will be conducted as per company policy. Failing which, I reserve the right to escalate the matter before the appropriate consumer forum and other competent legal authorities for redressal, including compensation for losses incurred.
