I was not willing to continue after the trial but I forget to delete the auto debit and the *** rupees got debited I want to cancel story tv premium and want my money refund I sent an mail to story tv help mail but they didn't replied so that's my complaint.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
