Slate Trends - Don Jose Thottam

On July **st **** i have ordered * shirts as per the advertisement from company Slate Trends from their website https://slatetrends.myshopify.com/
Order id #****.
On July **th **** i received the order but unfortunately the received item was an old black jeans which had hazardous rust with sharp edges. DTDC.in deliverd my order with tracking id: I********. I picked up the order and payed for the same as open box delivery was not applicable as per DTDC.
Once i opened it was just a small dirty jeans with health Hazardous rust on the button side.
I tried reaching the company but for returns but the number provided has incoming calls barred. There was no customer portal for the complaint or return process.
The wrong product whuch was delivered could have easly injured me with the rusty pointed edges and could have made serious helath issue.
No response to mails send to them and no process to return the items and refund.
