Dear Dominos Team/ Consumer Forum,
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Domino’s Pizza Outlet name mentioned above regarding the unprofessional and unacceptable behavior of Mr Ranjith and whole team and their failure to deliver my order.
Details of the Incident:
• I placed order at **.** PM showing an delivery time of ** mins, seems OK as we were completing an business presentation at customer place.
• Upon following up with the store, the staff and call center after an hour say *.**PM there was no response or courtesy to attend call and making false promises that half parcel ready and is dispatched through Taxi and later phone was kept off by Store manager Mr Ranjith and Ansari who intentionally did not shown any gesture to sort out this despite we showing the emergency as our guests ** Persons waited for lunch we ordered and paid **** Rs during booking.
• Instead of assisting me, they bluntly refused to provide any solution and later at *.** PM send parcels through a taxi guy ( not even their own rider or staff) and keep on calling us to accept the delivery which we could not accept as all damage done in front of our business guests who waited and went.
• The experience was highly frustrating, and their lack of professionalism is completely unacceptable to anyone
As a customer, I expect timely service and respectful treatment, but this incident has left me deeply disappointed.
I urge the Consumer Forum to take appropriate action against Domino’s Pizza and this Colaba Branch for their poor service and unprofessional behavior.
If Dominos can't make ** same variety of small pizza in ** mins then there is no point of doing business.
I request:
*. A formal apology from Domino’s Pizza for this incident
*. A refund for my undelivered order ( which was delivered by rider after * hours of drama despite we all went and they forcefully kept and went. Don't know why Mr Sharad was the delivery guy came later
*. Strict action against the staff responsible for this inconvenience and closure of this branch immediately.
Please let me know the necessary steps to escalate this matter further. I am willing to provide any additional details required.
Looking forward to a resolution and strict action for this incident so it won't happen to anyone in future keeping hopes of ordering from this location.
