NGO - Dog s death due to ngo s negligence and ignorance

i admitted my dog to spca noida sector-** on *rd April **** around **:** to **:**pm, at that time doctor was not present so the assistant told us that doctor will come tomorrow to see the condition of your dog . Assistant sprayed something on her wound in the name of first aid and then he left that wound open in a place which was very unhygienic due to which infection increased with time . the ngo was not willing to provide any kind of information on phone call and were insisting to come and see yourself, as i am a student it was nearly impossible to visit ngo daily so i used to call them on regular basis to get notified on her condition but they never updated us .On *th april when i visited the ngo the wounds were stitched partially and the water bowl was way out of her reach because she was unable to move due to her injury on hip bone . And when i tried to click some photos of her wound they didn't allow me to do so and then they started misbehaving with me . For three days i tried to contact them to ask about my dog's condition but they never used to update me and when i visited the ngo on *th of April **** i saw my dog dead and the wound was open because of ngo's negligence and ignorance.
