As My neckbands (boat rockerz ***v*) was not working, and it was under warranty. So I put a complaint on boat official site and they offered me boat rockerz ***pro+ instead of boat rockerz ***v* because of manufacturing issues. But after that the neckband(boat rockerz ***pro+) received by me was without box and warranty card. Even though the voice of the neckbands are not clear. Please help me out.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
