Medical bills and forms in original was sent to Bangalore and it is mentioned as returned due to wrong address as per the tracking status however the documents are not sent back to us and is awaiting in coimbatore from **th October onwards. Coimbatore branch is very rude and not taking responsibility to address this issue
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
