I have sent my document from DTDC courier service on **.**.****,as per delivery speed in next day delivery.still my document not delivered yet.i had contact to customer care they said call to mumbai.i didn't get any positive response from them.

Medical bills sent from Kolkata to Hyderabad on *-June. Not received in Hyderabad on **-June. This is a medical bill for reimbursement. I'm losing the deadline for submission and losing the reimbursement amount.
