Somanath Shetty - Document not delivered at the address mentioned

I sent true copies of Land documents for court submission at Bengaluru to my Cousin's home address (BTM-*nd Stage) from UDUPi-through Professional Courier on **th of March (Monday)
But when we followed up with the Concerned service branch they said it's delivered. But when we asked them for the receipt of the same, they said it's wrongly delivered to somewhere else (**th March-this follow up happened), We even raised complaint, but still not received the courier at the mentioned address nor even getting favorable reply.
