I placed an order for two scrub suits from Zylacia.com.

Tracking Number: ZYLA**********
The order was dispatched on time and the tracking status shows that the shipment reached a location near my delivery address. However, the courier company failed to deliver the package and did not respond to my calls.
Without delivering the product to me, the shipment was returned to the seller.
Now, the seller is refusing to issue a refund, even though I have not received the product. I am left without the goods and without my money.
This clearly amounts to:
• Deficiency in service
• Negligence by courier
• Unfair trade practice by seller
I request immediate intervention to ensure a full refund of the amount paid.
All relevant documents including order confirmation, tracking details, and communication records are attached.
