Hi, My mother is a Central Government Employee. On Saturday morning I need to take my father to BLK hospital for routine Checkup. We need to get him referred first from CGHS Dispensary. I have an appointment of **:** A.M. with doctor. I reached Dipensary at **:** A.M.. When I asked for the Token no the receptionist said the server is down so we cant entertain you. I told her that I have paralysed patient with me and i just want a referral paper from doctor. You can write down the same on manual slip and later on upload on your system. The Incharge Amrit Bhatia was also sitting in the reception room and denied we will not entertain and I should go to Naraina CGHS Dispensary and get my patient referred. In all these arguments ** minutes pass. I told them I have an appointment and I dont have buffer time for this. All the staff started fighting and I have to raise voice as well. There were old age patients waiting at the reception due to this as well. There was a board hanging on the window of reception where it was written that server is not working kindly wait but there was no provision of handing emergency patients.
They were having tea and having Chitchat when I started shouting one of the employee come out and started videoing me and started using women card with me. The incharge in all this situation was sitting inside and not once she comes out and listen to the people problems or handle the situation.
Everyone standing there was also complaining about the behaviour of the Incharge and staff. There are public servants and they were just not doing that they have no concerns about the old age people, paralysed patients standing outside. They were just doing their job of * to *.
Strict action should be taken against all of them especially the incharge who was just sitting inside and just has no concern of what happening in her Dispensary.
