Dr Ajay Arora Vision Plus Eye Centre Noida - Doctor refuses to do further treatment

Dr Ajay Arora (Regn. No ***** DMC ) of Vision Plus Eye Centre, Kishan Tower, Capt Sashikant Marg. Opp Metro Pillar No ***, Hoshiarpur, Sector **, Noida ******. Patient Siddhartha Dutta visited his hospital with main problem of seeing severe light flashes in right eye during the last seven months. This doctor did laser in the right eye of the patient Siddhartha Dutta on **th December, ****. At the time of doing the laser the doctor assured the patient that after laser if there is no improvement then he will do surgery after six to eight weeks. But before doing surgery it is mandatory to do laser in order to increase the strength of the retina in order to avoid any retinal detachment during surgery as per his opinion . That is the only reason patient agreed for laser and doctor did the laser on **th December, ****. But immediately after laser the light flashes in the right eye increased much more than before. The patient is repeatedly telling the doctor to do the surgery ( vitrous removal) at an early date. But the doctor is advising the patient to go to pshyciatric doctor. Patient is having retinal problem how can a pshyciatric doctor cure retinal problem ? While other doctors ( from *nd opinion) suggested for no further retinal laser required. But this doctor did laser and now avoiding to do any further surgery and advising for pshyciatric treatment. This is total inhuman attitude from the doctor. Moreover the Doctor did a fundas exam and took **-** photos. But the doctor gave us only four photos. He did not gave the main photos containing the images of peripheral cortical vitreous. The main inteention of the doctor is at present not to do the surgery and repeatedly advising the patient for pshyciatric treatment. On **th December we paid Rs *****/- to the doctor for laser treatment and other test. Now the patient demand either doctor do surgery immediately but if doctor refuse to do surgery
then patient demand compensation Rs *****/- for mental torture and mental harasement.
