Doctor Sandeep Garg was supposed to be in his cabin by * pm on **th Feb **** as per the scheduled time but he has come until *.** pm. Patients have made a bee line outside the cabin and the hospital staff has no idea where the doctor is and when he would come and whether he would come at all.
