Gati Com Private Limited - Docket not delivered

A person from Gati-Shimla called me on **th of October around *AM and informed that my Doket **-**-**-*** has been arrived. He told me to pick my doket from the godown which is at the Shimla town and the reason he said for not delivering it at the mentioned address was the unavailability of there service beyond **KM. I registered my complaint [Comp. No. ***-***-**] and GATI's customer executive ensured to deliver it as soon as possible at the mentioned address. Since then I'm only getting a feedback call daily claiming that the attempt was done to deliver my docket, however, nobody has ever called since **th October. I complaint again through email, nevertheless, Gati's executive replied back and ensure again for the delivery of my package. But again no one called me from GATI-Shimla to receive my docket.
