Dont know what is company - Do we need to pay for injections which we are buying fir our pet it was more than one time

Vaccine is asked to buy personally they will only inject it we have to buy it from the near medical.

They charge for the vaccine also they ask us to buy injections from near medical this is not the first time. Why are they charging for this things too much they ask to buy injection which was *** rs something if i m wrong tell me dont they have all vaccines in hospital or do we need to buy ourselves if thats the case than we can go to private hospital also na than what is difference between private and public hospital . Amount is not paid yet they asked us to come i next Month but still want clarification about this
