Tunwal - Do not change the battery of electric vehicle

** months ago, I purchased a electric vehicle(tunwal e-motors ,model :- sport**) from tunwal agency manesar. I purchase it by **,*** rs. They provide us ** months warranty about the battery and told me that , "we're sorry about it , we can't do this. " Now they want to charge money to fix my problem. They also told us that the range of this vehicle is ** kms but it hardly reach the ** kms range after full charge. Kindly provide me the damages of the loss.
