Long Vision Hospitality Pvt Ltd - Do not buy any Vacation Ownership membership

I had taken trial membership of one year of long vision hospitality on **th September, **** of Rs. *****/-. They promised while taking money that you have to give booking request just ** days prior from actual date of travelling.
I booked my vacation on *th October, **** for going on *th November, ****.
But, they refused by telling that they have full of booking on specific days.
Then I told him to refund the membership amount after deduction administrative charges and cancel the membership then they told me that one year trial membership could not be cancelled as there is not written anywhere.
My question is if the one year trail membership is not written anywhere in customer leaflet then why company is selling it.?
Only making foolish the customer and making money.
