Dizo watch D - DIzo Watch D not working

I am writing to complain about a problem with my Dizo Watch D. I purchased the watch on [**-**-****] and it has been working fine until recently. The button on the side of the watch is not working anymore. I have tried pressing it multiple times, but it does not respond.
I have tried restarting the watch, but that did not fix the problem. I have also tried charging the watch, but that did not fix the problem either.
I am very disappointed with this product. I have only had it for a few months and it is already not working properly. I am a loyal customer of Dizo and I have never had a problem with their products before.
I would like to request a replacement watch or a refund. I would also like an apology for the inconvenience that I have experienced.
