Winni - DIwali Gift Delivered late

on ** nd Oct **** I had ordered ( Order id ************) a diwali gift ( containing sweets & nuts ) for Smt rita Halder Flat no M *** Jalvau vihar,m sector **, noida , UP ******. As per the order acknowledgement the item was to be delivered on ** th Oct, ****. As the company failed to deliver on ** th oct , i raised a compaint and wrote to the company that in case the same could not be delivered the order should be treated as cancelled & amt should be refunded . The supllier finally shipped the product on ** th Oct and informed me. I raised further complaint and asked for cancellation. But the supllier finaly delivered the items on ** st Oct,. Being perishable items ( Barfi sweets ) the productle sweets was found rotten as informed by the receipent
Because of the inordinate delay i had lost my face before the receipent and had to arrange for inperson delivery of Gift items in Diwali incurring huge cost.
