Sir/Madam,

please do the needful, as u know this is a pandemic time, due to ill health i took my mother for HRCT-test in an emergency state condition. For the test they have taken **** rupees of money from us as there was no card transfer facility they asked us to pay through GPAY/PHONEPAY for the first time it was declined from one bank and second time it was successful from the second bank but by day end two payment were successful so i showed my bank statements of both the banks, so i asked them to please repay my money back, they are not listening and not at all responding with so much rash behaviour. sir/madam i urge you please help me out and to get my **** rupees back.

sir/madam please if this is not a way to complain , please suggest how to complain.i am attaching you the report document, bank statements of mine and also the call list how many times i urged him.
