Green Trends - Dissatisfied service provided

I am a regular customer of green trends and I went to green trends this morning in Thoraipakkam to get my eyebrows and forehead done. The service was done by Ms Priya. Before she started the service, I specified her many times that I want the eyebrows thick and to remove only the extras. But to my shock, at the end of the session, there was a single straight line which she pointed out as the eyebrows. It was literally a nightmare and I also paid around Rs. *** for such a bad experience.
I tried making a complaint in their customer care but sadly no one bothered to attend or call back. The voice says, "Please leave your message and our executives will call you back" and immediately the call gets cut before me leaving a message.
Very disheartening to see such untrained professionals in Green Trends and irresponsible customer care service from such a big company. I owe an apology and explanation from the company for creating a mental agony and my money back. I also want the company to take immediate action to have a proper customer care service line.
