Aparna Mulchandani filed complaint against Astropay on Feb 27, 2023
It’s been * days I have not received the money in my AstroPay
wallet for which I made * purchases of INR **,*** (total INR **,***) I have sent
enormous number of emails to support mail box but did not get any response. I
have attached payment receipts and screenshots of the purchase which are in
expired state as of now. I need to put this to your attention as a complaint to get my money ASAP.
