I have purchase cloth for my sun and swap the RBL credit card for ****/- Rs but as per merchant transaction was failed he swap again card amt ****/- Rs.
But when I checked my statement twice amount debited. I contacted with merchant and bank but both not confirmed who is liable to refund my amount. I so many time visiting to merchant and talk and write to RBL but still my amount not refunded. Transaction happened **/mar/****. Six months just gone in follow up. Kindly help on the same.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
