Shaw honda motor co - Dispute regarding the increased bill of my two wheeler

Dear Sir,
I Ranjit Sharan Gupta has given my two wheeler(scooter) Activa *G grey color with chassis number ending with ***** to your garage for the purpose of claim settlement from ICICI Lombard.
Which in return however I am satisfied with the claim from the insurance company,but an agent of the insurance named partha in your garage has increased the bill liable for me to pay from *** to **** for which he has not informed me earlier.
So for the purpose of settlement of this issue as of now I have left my scooty at shaw honda address chawalpatty road.
So be a loyal customer i demand a legal check in this otherwise I have to take some legal action or go to consumer forum court.
