Hero - Display replacement of new vehicle

I have purchased of new eVehicle from Om E vehicle Aurangabad (now Chatrapati Sambhaji Nagar ) Maharashtra in the month of Oct. ****. The display of this vehicle is not showing the particulars of charging percentage as well as meter reading. On **.**.**** I have requested dealer to replace. But till date dealer has not contacted me on their own. However, on enquired by me they are telling that the display has not been received from company, on receipt of the same they will inform me. When the display will receive is uncertain and they are telling that we are not bound to replace the display. Kindly look into the matter, as I have to forcefully drive the vehicle with approximate charging. So, the unwanted will happen, for which company will held responsible, unnecessarily.
