am writing to formally complain about the inadequate service I received at a phone repair shop located in Viman Nagar. On ** August **** , I took my phone to the shop to have the display fixed and was charged ₹*,*** for the repair. Unfortunately, the display issue was not resolved, and shortly after picking up the phone, it started showing the same problems as before.

Despite paying the full amount, my phone’s display remains in the same poor condition it was in when I initially brought it in for repair. When I tried to contact the shop to address this problem, I was met with a refusal to take responsibility for the faulty repair.

This experience has been both frustrating and disappointing, as I had expected a reliable service. I am seeking your assistance in resolving this issue. I request that the shop either correctly repairs the display at no additional cost or provides a full refund of ₹*,***.
