Abhilash filed complaint against OnePlus on Feb 25, 2021
After seeing lot of fake promotional videos i also bought Oneplus *T, claiming that their flagship for **K, now I'm the victim of oneplus *T and my phone has flickering issues from the initial time onwards contacted customer care they told after some software update the issue will get resolve, later some water splashed while drizzling suddenly dump error appeared on screen later screen is not powering on. Contacted support they provided the authorized center details, i went and give the phone later they called there is a problem with the display not providing ETA, may take one month, so i took and send via bluedart to oneplus care, later engineer called and told that the previous service person damaged the display and lot of issues because of not removed properly, and he is not confident to repair and told that if we change the display not sure it will be functional maybe the problem with the motherboard. Nobody from oneplus authorized service engineers donno how to repair/fix it so I escalated this and nobody is responsible for that from oneplus end every time if i call the customer care they will redirect here and there. I have spend my hard earned money around **k to buy this crap and getting all the stress and tension. Either i need to replace the mobile or refund my amount
