RV REPAIR Services - Dishwasher Repair Scam

On **/** I logged a service call with RV Repair about water inlet for my Whirlpool Dishwasher. A technician (MJ Manu, **********) arrived and concluded that this needed detailed investigation and shipped my dishwasher to their workshop. It was later claimed that the problem was with the pump and dispenser and it costed me over INR ***** in spared and service. I also bought a water softener from them. I asked them for serial numbers for the spares but I did not receive them. Barely a week later, the problem with the dishwasher has occured again.
