V R Enterprise - Dishwasher part replaced but not working Company not responding

Dishwasher had error message. Technician from VR Enterprise came and took the machine for service. They replaced two parts for which they charged Rs.*****. with one year warranty. After refitting the machine, it is still not working.
Have been calling numerous times to come and recheck and rectify. But they don't respond.
Once asked local police station to call and tell them to come. They promised to come. But once again no one showed up and not responding to calls.
I had to ask a different service center to come for repair for which I had to pay extra.
I want this company to refund the Rs.***** as the parts are faulty and don't work.
Also the waste of time, money and mental trauma caused.
