Dishwasher Beko product - Dishwasher Faulty machine from company Very high levels of bureaucratic interference and no customer

Very bad experience with Voltas *st beko product purchased in ****. Dishwasher **P - not working positively since that day. Also poor customer service and help. I wish could have returned the product now. Got defective/faulty piece and was not replaced even in warranty period. Now customer support is saying to pay service charges and not in warranty included. This are the customer feedback and pain-points nobody is there to take care of this issues.
