Ifb Dishwasher - Dish washer not working

The dishwasher was purchased on **th March ** from M/s wheels and wares it worked for a month after than lock down started. I filed the complaint with the company twice the service engineer Shri Gopi Nath Sinha visited but he could not rectify. I again filed the complaint but no response. I want the full refund of dish washer with penalty to be levied on manufacturer and seller.
