Drapino - Disgusting product delivered and no response to exchange requests

I ordered a material from Drapino and the product quality was very very bad and as per their policy I raised a ticket within * day for return to ask which address it should be returned to . I have not got any response for one week and I'm sure they will not be accepting the return
