RB ZONE UJJAIN - Discrepancy in PRODUCT S MRP

Dear Sir,

On **/**/****, I purchased one Godrej Refrigerator *** lit model RT ECONVIBE ***B ** HCF SK WN from one reputed shop in Ujjain.

The MRP OF this model was told me Rs. *****/-.
I asked them if any discount is on this model.? So after discussing among themselves they confirmed me to give discount of Rs **** .It means they are ready to sale me this fridge in Rs. *****/-.
They also told me that I will get further discount and *% EMI option if I will pay bill by HDFC BANK Credit card or Debit card .
So seeing good deal I decided to purchase this model fridge.
I paid Rs. *****/- with my HDFC DEBIT CARD after getting further discount of Rs. ****/- from Bank and payment in * EMI.
Sales man told me he will deliver the fridge in an hour to my home.
After an hour I received the fridge at my residence at about * PM.
After checking the package I saw MRP is written Rs.*****/- on the box instead of MRP Rs. *****/- as it was told me at the shop.
I really got surprised how one product can have two different MRPs ?

Next day morning I informed this matter to the sales man and he told me that MRP written on the box is actual MRP . Then I asked why you sold me this fridge on higher MRP (Rs.*****/-) with giving attractive discount (Rs.****) offer.
In fact there was no such discount except trapping the customers with false offers.

I didn't get satisfactory reply on this issue from any responcible person of the shop.

Still I am waiting for satisfactory authentic reply from them as per MRP rules and regulations.

I am attaching the pictures of box received by me and inside serial number of product.
Now in public interest I request you to please look into the matter and ask clarification on this matter.
I am not sure but have strong doubt that many shopkeepers might be adopting such malpractice to attract the consumers.
