Teleperformance Global Services Pvt Ltd - Discrepancy in Final Settlement and Salary Payment

I am writing to address a discrepancy in my final settlement (FNF) and salary payment which I faced in teleperformance company. As per company policy, I served the mandatory **-day notice period prior to my departure and was informed that my salary would be processed along with the FNF closure after ** days.

Upon reviewing my final payment, I noticed that the credited amount does not accurately reflect my correct salary. Since I have rarely taken leave and have accumulated PL (Privileged Leave) over time, this issue seems inconsistent with company policy regarding final settlements.

Additionally, I received an email regarding the FNF settlement, which mentions a miscellaneous deduction of ₹**,***. This includes:

₹**,*** for the revocation of a reallocation amount – It was stated that this amount would be reversed if an employee left the organization within one year. However, this policy change was implemented after my last working day. Moreover, I completed one year with Teleperformance, having joined in October ****. Although I initially worked in the Sitapura office for the Amazon Voice Support process as per business requirements, I transitioned to the Microsoft Process (MSA Team) in January ****. Therefore, I am eligible for the reallocation amount, and there is no basis for this deduction.
₹*** for the ID card – I have already submitted my ID card, and during my tenure under the Microsoft Process, no new ID card was issued.
