I have purchased * vanity numbers from Airtel Mumbai Circle office employe name is Anshuman Chowdhury. He is confirmed and give commitment on written Email .. he will give discount on MRP of vanity changes which is * Lacs each on * numbers and single number is on full price so i just said ok then I paid full amount to Airtel Citi Bank account , But now * months over discount not applied by company bill is running over due.
I already complaint to MUMBAI Circle CEO Aditya Kankaria, INDIA CEO but still giving reassurance only... I just want applied discount as soon as and excess amount refund as soon as possible.
