Reliancedigital - Discount not considered in online purchase

I have purchased Hisense *** cm (** inch) Ultra HD (*K) LED Smart TV, **A**F through Reliancedigital.in. (Order No: RDF********). The Price mentioned on the website was Rs: **,***/- And after deducting discount of Rs *,*** (Coupon Code : JUN****) The order total was showing **,***/-
After proceeding with online payment, the full amount got deducted from my bank account. Without considering the discount of Rs. *,***/-. Kindly suggest how to get refund of discount amount of Rs.*,***/-
I have the Screenshot of Final Order Total from reliance digital website showing the Order total of **,***/- after discount
I had contacted reliance customer care -***-********, The representative informed me to email the issue to get the refund. Then I have forwarded my complaint to reliancedigital@ril.com, bm.bade@ril.com
, cshead.reliancedigital@ril.com but they only replied with demanding *-** hours time to resolve the issue, thought I followed up * times since *-Jun-**** and each time I have got the same reply demand time to resolve the issue but no resolution as of today **-Jun-****.
