I am writing to draw your attention that since a few days the power is being cut for a long hour i.e. *-* hours minimum. In this hot summer which is very much painful and I have a patient in the home who is suffering a lot for this discontinuation of power for random hours. I have tried to reach nearer electricity office by calling them but no use. They are so irresponsible that they are not picking up calls. Please look into this matter and do needful.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
