Independent Consultant - Disconnection of ACT internet and OTT service

Had paid for internet and OTT connection of ACT. As OTT connection doesnt work thru their app and as they dont have a set top box, as provided by JIO and Airtel, asked for cancellation of service. False promises by local ACT technical team. The Appellate Authority also doesnot take action and get the service disconnected and return the amount paid, less the services used.
