Checked in at Radisson Blu Nagpur on Oct *, to my dismay I found the jacuzzi to be non functional and the same error for the second time again. Third time the flush refused to operate. The front desk manager Pankaj Kumar proved to be extremely disgruntled, disgraceful, unethical and made personal remarks which is highly condemnable. I have borne a net loss of Rs. *****, at the expense and mercy of a foolish character who doesn’t deserve a place in the hospitality industry
