I admit my son @ Ramalingam hospital on * at September & discharge on *th September , My son recovery from fever within * days but doctor said need to stay one more day & next day day said need to stay additional one more day ..so I request to discharge my son immediately after several requests then accept to discharge my son & Am paid all hospital payment's near by RS :*****... during discharge time they informed tomorrow come & collect discharge summary ...Next day I visited hospital the deny to give discharge summary
I need discharge summary with details for insurance claim otherwise I loose of insurance claim amount RS: ***** ...
