Shafeek filed complaint against samsung mobile on Aug 3, 2020
I am writing this mail because I am very much disappointed from the response of the Service Centre (Mastrofone trivandrum) I have purchased Samsung Galaxy M** on **-**-****
After one month of purchase the display stopped working in November and with warranty I got the display replaced.
Again on May **** the phone's display started showing issues( yellow color and grid lines). I gave the phone for service (still under warranty) to the same service centre in Trivandrum Mastrofone on **-*-****. After one month I went there to check the status, Now they are putting blame on the customer and told the display complaint is because of the water inside the phone. I had told the service center technicians that phone have no chance to be in contact with water. They are not bothered on what I told and told they had ordered the display and cost almost rs ****. I had gone for Samsung because I had a trust in that, Please resolve this as quickly as possible

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
