Hello sir mam ... mai Alpine institute and management dehradun mai padhta tha . * sal baad collage walo ne bola ki tumhe * saal ka diploma mil jayega .. lockdown se pahle bola tha but abhi bol rhe hai ki tumhara hod bhag gya ab nahi nahi denge .. agar diploma chahiye toh puri fee * saal ki jama karo fir dete hai .... Sir ya toh muje diploma chahiye ya fir meri fee or jitna kharcha huaa hai eske chakkar mai ... Please help
