Unison Car Transport Company - DINESH SHARMA OF UNISON CAR TRANSPORT COMPANY IS FRAUD CHEATED ME

I with My family was moving to Kolkata for a few months. I wanted to send my Car through road transport. I inquired on Google and mentioned my contact number.

Some DINESH SHARMA called and introduced himself as an owner of UNISON CAR TRANSPORT COMPANY, having his main office at Gurugram and branch at TALOJA, offered his service to transport my car through a trailer. Quotation was given to me by DINESH SARMA was Rs ***** including all Mumbai-Kolkata door to door delivery. On my request he verbally agreed on Rs.*****.**

I sent my car FIAT LINEA MH**AR-**** through UNISON CAR TRANSPORT from Mumbai to Kolkata. Their driver picked my car on **-**-**** from my residential address in Mumbai. I paid Rs ****.** online to Unison as advance and the rest ****.** was to be paid on receiving the car at KOLKATA address.
we were shifting to Kolkata on **-**-** for a few months hoping that Car would be there before we reach.
Car was supposed to be delivered at my Kolkata residence within * days. But almost after ** days on *-*/**/** DINESH SHARMA called to inform me that car has reached Kolkata and asked me to pay the balance amount. I paid another ****.** online in a Unison account and he agreed ****.** to be paid on receiving a car at my Kolkata address. He then sent me an inflated bill of Rs*****. I was shocked and I denied paying this extra amount. He threatened me that my car would not be delivered if I didn't pay the full amount.
Since Kolkata was under lockdown on **/**/****. I again spoke to DINESH SHARMA on **-**-** to deliver my car. He forced me to pay a total Rs***** as against the quoted amount of Rs*****. DINESH SHARMA told me to deposit a balance amount in a personal account and as soon as payment is cleared the car will be delivered at my Kolkata residence within * hrs. As I had already paid him Rs ***** so I was forced to pay Rs ***** on **/**/**** around *.**pm and he assured that the car will be delivered within * hrs.
But to my utter shock he again refused to give my car and said that car has been sent back to Mumbai. Fraudulently and by threat he took Rs. ***** did not deliver my car at kolkata.
After ** days on **.**.**, someone called me that he left my car outside my Mumbai Residence. I requested my relative in Mumbai to collect the key. On inspection it was found that. They misused my car and broke its clutch plate and damaged engine heavily, full tank petrol was empty, battery damaged and many dents on body
Since I had temporarily moved to Kolkata, I was unable to visit my local mumbai police station so i sent my complaint by mail to kolkata, Grugram, Taloja, Navi mumbai and mumbai police but of no use

I suspect this UNISON CAR TRANSPORT and its so called owner runs a racket of cheating fraud, car theft, extortion etc. By detaining my car he threatened me, extorted money, cheated by making false bill and fraudulently held my car in their custody.

I fear these people might have misused my car for illegal purposes.

Therefore I request authorities to take strict legal action against UNISON CAR TRANSPORT and DINESH SHARMA. And help me to get my money back and compensation for damaged car.

After * months, Now I am back in mumbai and lodged police complaint. Got Repaired my car which cost *****.
