Apollo 24 7 - Dimer value reports not generated after 38 hours of blood test based on value need to take blood thi

I have ordered D dimer test on *st Sept * am and they said reports are available evening in between *-*, but waiting till ** hours still reports are not generated when I called apollo support team they are raising complaints but no action has been taken till now. Based on dimer value we need to take lonopin injection. If value is more than *** then have to take injection if value is less than *** then no need to take injection. Apollo staff is due negligence not consider patient blood test and given false commitment that within ** hours Dimer value would be available , so due to false commitment and patient stress on blood report would like to file case against to Apollo hospital and penalty for not providing reports on time worth test **** and played vital role of negligence for avoiding reports generation of dimer test which results daily taking Lonopin injection ( blood thinner) in the night to reduce Ddimer values. Present value **** reduced to around **** but still not in safe range value.

Kindly take appropriate action against Apollo **/* for negligence and playing with patient health conditions and stress on patients health
