hii all my name is shahrukh ansari and i have a website on dotpe my store id is *******.
i got a call from a dotpe employee vikram sharma on ** march informing about the website plan and every detail call last for * hour i told him that let me i vll confirm tomorrow the next day i got a call from bhanu thakur colleague of vikram sharma from dotpe he also told me the same plan detail then i asked a question that i want seo on my website if this is possible i am ready to buy the website plan he told me that sir if you purchase today and make the payment our backend team will do the seo of your website and its our team work to do all seo i agreed and made the payment of **** for website and *** for domain he told me that it vll take ** to ** days to complete the website seo and make it live i agreed the next day i got a msg and call from vikram i informed him that i purchased your website from bhanu thakur so he told me to his name that i purchased from him to get the commision i agreed and he told me any issue please contact me so i told him just check out my seo and i vll tell you the keywords on which i want seo so he told our team will handle seo dont worry wait for ** days our team vll do seo i agreed.after ** days i started contacting them bhanu thakur blocked my number and vikram sharma started avoiding my calls so i text him them i recieved a call from him saying that we have nkt given any commitment about seo i told you about google ads i shared him the recording of bhanu and his recording he disagreed he told me that let me connect to bhanu and i vll call you back after * week he started ignoring my whatsapp msg and call and suddenly he answered my call and shouted on me that we cant help u do what ever you want to do that i posted a review on their facebook page and google business i got many calls from their senior i informed them.every issue i told them that i want my refund back bcoz the plan was sold to me by false commitment otherwise i want google seo to be done on my website they told me.give me somedays i vll connect to.them.and take action onnthe employees bcoz they have misbehaved with me on call and abused me,they told me i vll talk to my concern backend team write a mail to us informing your need i did the same after some days they told my that google seo is not possible from our end so ratish told me sir do * thing try ofline seo post everywhere your website if this doesn't work i vll process your refund request and in * days you vll get the revert and in * days you vll get the refund amount in your account i agreed,i tried ofline seo for ** days and then i informed ratish about my issue that its not working i want my refund back or else you do the seo so he told me no problem i vll take the aproval for your refund give me * to * days then i got a call from prashant he told me that sir sorry seo cant be done from our end you can take the refund i said ok process my refund so he told give me * week i vll process your request i called him after * days he told me that sir i did not get the approval till now its pending please give me some more days for refund i agreed * days before i tried calling the customer care dotpe and ask them to arrange a call back from prashant but still.i didnot recieved any call back and they told me that prashant is on leave.so i contacted ratish he not answered my call then he text me on whatsapp (We tried for an exception however a refund is not possible in this case. I would request you to use the platform and market it to receive orders.
Or you can tranfer the store to someone else at the same cost.) so this is the msg he sent me he was suggesting me to sell my website to others i told him i am not a agent i am a customer i cant sell to.anyone give my refund i dont want to work from.dotpe i am frustrated (Let me try your website SEO again.)then i got this reply i disagreed because already it been * month they are just ignoring my issue.i told him that i just want my refund (Refund is not possible as we have Zero Refund policy and there is no problem on your website which is delivered from Dotpe.
You need to promote from your end to make your website visible to your audience.) after seeing this msg i question him that i have all the screenshots and recording that you have told me that you vll process the refund if ofline seo doesn't work then y your are not on your words i have beend fooled by their employees they sold me.product giving false commitment then y i m not.getting the refund then he started saving their employees by saying this ( There was no false commitment given. We have got the same investigated internally. The product sold to you has all the features and functionality which was promised. Also, your website is viable on search console. Post starting an online store, you need to promote your business to gain more customers.)he started to change the topic by ignoring my question i told him that please call me i told him to call * to * times and i also tried calling him but he not answered my call just he was replying on whatsapp and told me that he vll contact on monday.i am very dissappointed with dotpe support from employees to management all are giving false commitment first they say they will refund after * momth they say its not possible their employees sold me the website by giving fake commitment on seo now they are saying that their employees are genuine and not given any false commitment i am a small business man and because of them.i am in loss my **% business was online but from * month it totally closed bcoz of them they cheated me first i wqs usimg a google business website and i was getting good business now bcoz of them from * month i am in great loss now i am going to file a case on them in consumer court i just want my refund i dont want to business with dotpe they are a big fraud company every employee give fake commitment even the management.please help me i just want my refund back they are just ignoring my issue and refund.
