For the academic year ****-**, we took admission for our kids in Kilbil School Saswad. The school mandatorily made us buy books of E-DAC Proelium Solutions Pvt Ltd claiming it's rich digital content and support. The amount for the books was taken in full and the books were provided.
However for some reason we had to withdraw the admission from the school. E-DAC refuses to provide login to its digital content now.
If E-DAC has received the amount fo the books in full then why can't we have the promised product and service in full.
